ILW Member Kiosk PIN

When you use the Workshop, you must check in and check out to capture the time spent in the workshop. To keep track of this time, you will check in and out with a four(4) digit pin. This form allows you to request a PIN change on the clock in and out kiosk. 

If you are new and completing the onboarding process, please complete this form as this will allow ILW to assign this PIN to your account. 

*Please note: This is not an automatic change, this must be approved by an ILW Admin. Please allow 24 hours for your PIN to change.
